KRIPALU YOGA WITH CHRISTY
All levels welcome! This class will give you the opportunity to slow down and check in with your mind, body, and heart. Kripalu yoga offers self-care, relaxation, and rejuvenation! We will always begin class with a short meditation, then move to warm-ups, then yoga postures, and finally a deep relaxation.
