Yoga with Julia
This class offers useful and practical ways to experience the valuable art, science, and philosophy of Yoga. Poses are modified to accommodate all levels of experience as well as particular physical conditions. When necessary, supports called “props” such as blocks, belts, blankets and bolsters are used to facilitate learning and allow students to progress in their practice safely and intelligently.
Classes are designed for experienced Yoga practioners.
