WISE LIVING – Mindful Practices w/Judy Gross

Wise Living – mindful practices that bring out our best selves….

February’s theme is Rethinking Our Habits – Healthy and Otherwise. We are all seeking balance in the way we integrate food, sleep, work, exercise, electronics and relationships into our daily lives. What throws us off? How is it that we can start out balancing the online checkbook and end up hitting on one-click shopping at Amazon? This session will touch on the brain science behind how paying attention can create neural pathways to greater self-regulation.

Through seated meditation, journaling and partner/group exercises, we’ll explore triggers and solutions to our more troublesome habits. The focus will be on identifying kind, mindful tools to incline life in a wholesome, more satisfying direction.
