Meditation for Recovery w/Matt

Meditation calms the body, mind and spirit.  With practice the stillness of meditation combats the overwhelming obsession that comes with addiction which leads to contented sobriety.

During this one hour session multiple types of meditation will be explored.  The only requirement to attend is to have an open mind and a willingness to relax.  Facilitated by Matt C. who practices sobriety and meditation one day at a time.
